Does it work without internet?
After your first visit, BillFast loads offline. You can draft the invoice offline and download the PDF when you're back online.
Can I add sales tax or GST?
Toggle tax on and set your rate — it calculates and displays on the invoice automatically. It's off by default so cash jobs stay clean.
Can I take a deposit?
Note it in payment terms ('30% deposit received, balance due on completion') or add a negative-free structure with separate invoices per stage.
What about quotes for new jobs?
Switch to Quote mode — same speed, says QUOTE, has a validity date. Win the job, duplicate it as an invoice.
